This Privacy Policy explains how MSEnvest ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use msenvest.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account info — name, email, password hash, and preferences (focus, content level) you provide.
• Booking info — session selection, scheduling details, and notes you submit on intake forms.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. We retain transaction IDs and receipts.
• Usage data — pages visited, modules opened, calculator inputs (anonymized), and device/browser metadata.

2. How we use information

• To provide, personalize, and improve the Service (e.g. tailoring modules to your focus and experience level).
• To schedule, deliver, and follow up on coaching sessions.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To communicate updates, security notices, and (with consent) marketing messages.
• To detect abuse, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Resend (email), and Google Calendar (scheduling) — and when required by law.

4. Your choices

• Access, update, or delete your account at any time from the Account page.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@msenvest.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, scoped access controls, and row-level security on user data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice.
