These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MSEnvest ("Service"). By accessing the Service or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational use only

All content, modules, calculators, and coaching sessions are educational and informational. Nothing on MSEnvest constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. See our Disclaimers for full detail.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings, payments, and refunds

• Coaching sessions and bundles are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions.
• Prices include applicable taxes and processing fees.
• Cancellation policy: You may cancel any scheduled session and receive a full refund at any time before the session start time. Sessions are non-refundable once they have started or been completed.
• To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact hello@msenvest.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, reproduce, or redistribute course content without written permission.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All content on MSEnvest — including text, graphics, frameworks (e.g. "Credit to Keys™"), and Mitchii's original writing — is owned by MSEnvest or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSEnvest and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial decisions you make based on its content. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
